You are looking for help. You may be feeling lonely, upset, anxious, stressed, numb, and sad or a confusing combination of these. You may have felt like this for a long time and wonder if anything can ever change. Or this may be an unfamiliar emotional state from a new crisis and you don’t know how to cope. I will work supportively with you at your own pace so you have a chance to stabilize, create meaning and to move towards healthy positive change as I have done in my work over the years with others facing similar challenges. We all want to heal. We have the solutions within us but things get in the way. Things like negativity, self defeating learned behaviours, self esteem struggles, trauma, fears, resentments and addictions. We sometimes need a trustworthy guide and some safe, open and calm support to get the clarity needed to make the changes towards our best possible life.
I am available to assist individuals resolve problems that affect day to day life including problems developed from negative or abusive childhood experiences. At times of our greatest stress we often feel alone. You do not have to be. It is during the difficult times in our lives we also have the most opportunity to develop clarity, to learn, and to grow.
